- Kimball Electronics had an outdated legacy system that was used to track CAPA occurrence. The system no longer met the needs of the organization and they required modern, flexible solution.
The Solution
- Glemser was engaged with Kimball Electronics as an implementation and validation partner for the installation of 2 Quality Intelex applications, Nonconformance Reporting and Corrective Action Reporting.
- In addition to leading the implementation and validation of these applications, the Glemser team was responsible for project management and resource management in order to ensure project success.
