Lead Consultant – Intelex Practice Lead

Hours/Status: 40 Hours Job
Location: Virtual/Remote/Client Site

The Intelex Practice Lead should be a proven leader with the ability to translate complex business and technical challenges into results. Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national or international level
  • Full lifecycle project implementation experience as program manager or above
  • Ability to lead a diverse ecosystem, with teams comprised of internal employees, contracted employees, vendor, and client teams working toward a common goal
  • Ability to develop and grow client relationships, prioritize tasks for team, resolve issues and risk, and oversee program / project plans
  • Command over spoken and written communications
  • Excellent time management, critical thinking, and follow-up skills
  • Proven ability overseeing teams to deliver complex and time sensitive projects
  • Able to build relationships with client executives to understand current issues and opportunities and sell Glemser’s services
  • Oversee multiple concurrent engagements serving as the client point of contact
  • Experience creating resource plans and pricing documents in alignment with company financial goals and working understanding of how to have positive impact on project and practice financials
  • Meet and exceed utilization targets of the Intelex practice
  • Intelex, ESG, or QMS system experience / certifications preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead sales cycles with clients and vendors, including project planning, scoping, pricing, and roles / responsibilities
  • Oversee and support project managers throughout full life cycle implementations including design, build, testing phases, and go-live
  • Assign the creation of business requirements documentation, system design, and transformational goals across client teams and
  • Mentor and guide team members through planning phases to align on scope of people, process, technology, and change management components of implementation
  • Guide client and project teams though the deployment lifecycle while adhering to project goals, outcomes, and timelines
  • Oversee coordination of training programs to prepare end users for deployment
  • Responsible for growth of US and EU pipeline each year in accordance with company growth goals
  • Working knowledge of Glemser service offerings to cross-sell services to existing clients
  • Lead opportunity identification in the form of new clients and change orders by creating detailed proposals, budgets, and work plans
  • Develop junior team members to progress forward through the career continuum
  • Participate in other business development activities as needed
  • Other general and administrative responsibilities included participation in meetings, preparation of minutes and follow-up items as appropriate
  • Manage Intelex partnership and establish senior rapport

  • Physical Demands: Computer usage
  • Travel: As needed, up to 60%
